I think this beautiful old lathe was made in Hackettstown, NJ by the American Saw Mill Machinery Co. but I can't be positive. I found it on the side of the road on junk day in Hackettstown about 10 years back. It has 3 tool rests, a faceplate and motor and it's heavy for it's size! The tool rest pictured on the lathe is 28" long. I use it often.
