I found this lathe at a garage sale for $10. Although I don't actually need another lathe (I have a 12 inch Yates-American), it looked a fun and easy restoration. After wire brushing the metal components, I tried to match the original blue as best I could. I also replaced the bronze sleeve bearings in the headstock and made a handle to replace the one missing in the tailstock handwheel.
