Purchased May, 2009 in Eugene, OR from a cabinetmaker who no longer needed it. He had hired a local motor shop to put a 5hp single phase WEG motor on it. The shop reused the 3-phase starter. He also had the spindle turned down to 3/4". My inspection at the time of purchase turned up nothing suspicious. The motor bracket was moved back in the course of the motor swap as the WEG capacitor box is huge and would not have fit. This puts the center of gravity on this machine a bit further back than would be ideal, I think.
I'm working on finding cutters and spacers and getting a working fence made.
