This was one of two large bandsaws that I bought recently, and it runs perfectly. The top wheel is a steel inner rim and wooden outer rim. The tires are a little cracked but doesn't affect the performance. The bottom wheel is a solid Carter. THe Large table has a really neat bowtie insert, that I assume is original. Other than the really bad paint job it is is really good condition.
