This saw table has no known history, it was an industrial auction item. Kirk Poore connected me to the seller and Ed Hobbs provided detailed illustrations of decorative paint elements and the correct grey paint to use. Prior to rust removal I also recorded notes and drawings of paint details that don't show-up in the "before" photos.
This Combo Machine came with an extra user supplied wheel to gain momentum and a 3/4" wide, 4 1/2" diameter emery wheel (3/4" bore), mounted in the mandrel. Parts missing are: rip fence, crosscutting guide, 6" circular saw, perforated flat belt and the entire treadle chain assembly. If the signature fly wheel had been missing (electrical conversion), then a possible full restoration would be very unlikely.
