My search is finally over thanks to Rob Diz. I have been looking for a decent Uni for the better part of 20 years, always being #2 on the call list or being a day late. Rob posted a link to a craigslist ad in the Cincinnati, Ohio area on the WoodNet Forum. After sending my initial email to the seller all I could do was wait. Two hours later the sellers wife sent me an email and said I was #1 on the contact list but her husband was sleeping as he worked 3rd shift, the waiting continued. Finally 5 hours after my initial email I got the call. I bought this saw without even seeing it in person. We made arrangements for me to meet him the next morning after he got home from work. I made the 90 minute drive to Martinsville, Ohio and bought the saw from the seller who said he was the third owner but had no more information on the history of the saw. The saw is complete with cast iron goose egg, original switch and dust door with a relatively clean cast iron top with minimal pitting. The saw also has the original motor and runs smoothly.
