On a layover in Orange County CA. Walked by a home improvement center that has this as a display in their parking lot. It's got roughly 8' wheels, probably 8 to 9" of face width. The badge looks newish, like 70's or 80's. The design looks very old. It's missing some feed mechanism parts, has a small electric motor driven tensioning mechanism and that motor looks quite modern.

Just pretty cool. You see the landscaping around it way before you realize what you're looking at!
