I've had this jointer for a few years after buying it on Craigslist. Manufactured in the '30s by Walker-Turner Co., the thing is built like a horse. And a workhorse at that. It performs like a champ but is missing some of its original parts here and there so I am finally getting around to giving it a little TLC. Posting some "before" pictures for now. First job: getting rid of the ugly green paint job. If you have a spare blade guard and/or blade guard mounding post and bracket sitting around please get in touch.
Finally completed the restoration and am happy with the results. Thanks to other members who provided me with tracings, measurements for missing parts I had to remanufacture!
