The Original owner was a model maker and purchased this with the #2341 8" sanding plate, and #2243 3/8" keyless chuck. Inside the arbor body has the casting #1671.
the Sanding plate has several # cast into it, a 103 (designating King Seely), 2325, 2341, 25214, 25215. I'm assuming they were the part numbers in succession of model upgrades, although the catalog only lists part # 2341.
no decals other than "OIL BEFORE USING" located at the top of the casting between the oil cups. Seems to be original paint.
