Recently purchased locally from CL on the 1463 cast iron base with original pine boards, complete with 4", 12", 24" and 90 degree tool rests, 2 tool rest bases, steady rest, handwheel, 3" and 6" face plates, spur, cup, live and 60 degree centers, Jacobs chuck, arbor, 1/2 hp Delta Milwaukee motor #82-710,and 12 gouges, skews, etc. Prior owner said he had it for 4 years and intended to restore it. Had a fair amount of oxidation - especially on the legs. Disassembled it to get it home and then cleaned it up some with a wire brush, but it needs a complete restoration and new paint. Motor was slow to start at first, but seems now to work fine. Bearings are quiet. Been looking for one of these for 6 months and thrilled to have it. Don't know what the two items are on the floor to the left of the knives, but they came with it. The advice, photos and info on this web site are fantastic. Thanks.
