I saw this Cr***list ad and it show a Delta 34-500 table saw. I went to the owner's home and checked it out. It had a wooden extension bolted between the rails, which I took off before loading in my van, missing the fence plus the special rail bolts and the locking knobs for the cranks. The motor wasn't original-a Doerr 1/2hp-and the saw was sitting on a homemade mobile base. Looks like another rescue/restoration project for the summer.

Today I finally got it up and running after getting all the missing parts from the owwmers, complete restoration and tunings. I even got a Delta motor that is an exact match to the one on my other 34-500. At this point, I'm still waiting for the metal tags. Definitely will get a proper mobile base and make a new saw dust box.
