Table top is 10" x 14", with one miter slot measuring 1/2"wide by 1/8" deep. I have the miter gauge and a wooden fence that my father in law made in the 1950s.
I received the saw from my mother in law after I married her daughter. Her husband had passed away in the early 1950s.
I am now at a stage that the arbor needs replacement. I am contemplating having a new one made and increasing the size to 5/8" so that skill saw blades will fit better. I currently use a bushing to get the 5/8" blades to fit on the 1/2" arbor.
Does anyone have suggestions for how to get bushings / bearings to make this table saw "NEW AGAIN". I want it to be perfectly true and get rid of the wobble that has developed in the last year or so.
Please help, anyone.
