A friend of mine won this from an auction in Council Bluffs Iowa and drove it down to Houston for me. It belonged to a highschool in Council Bluffs. It came almost 100% complete and in good condition. Only a few knobs and a spring for the blade guard was missing. The motor did not work at first, but a new capacitor and a couple of new wires solved the problem. I think this jointer has the original motor. All I had to do was put new belts and changed the knives on it. Now it's working perfectly.
