Part numbers Foot Pedal Housing R57E, Lower Bracket Housing R57, Seat Brace R40, Upper Shaft Bracket R39. No other numbers found. No history known, bought as painted in the small town of Eatonville, Washington. The grinder is in perfect working order and I use it to sharpen axe blades, lawn mower blades, edger blades and many other outdoor use items.
