This is Delta's 8" Homecraft tilting table table saw. I bought it at a garage sale for $30. The attraction was not really the saw but rather the 1 1/2 horsepower Century motor. I restored the machine and sold it for the grand sum of $45 [without the motor] on e-bay to a fellow from the East Coast who like it so much that he spent a like amount on shipping. The saw was complete including the down-sized miter guage [narrower than normal miter slot] and fence. This is strictly a hobby machine. Although marketed as Homecraft, it is virtually identical the the 8" tilt table saw that Delta sold under the Delta trade name in the 1930's. The Homecraft saw had sleeve arbor bearings which were lubricated from a small well with a wick, much like a kerosene lantern, that laid over the arbor shaft.
