Found this very nice little jointer on CL here in Vancouver. Bought it off a young guy who had been using it and was happily "upgrading" to a brand new shiny made in China jointer. His loss was my gain! He had bought it off an older fellow a couple years prior, but I have no history on it.
It did come with a set of spare blades, a flimsy wooden stand that I tossed out, and a 1/3 hp motor. The PO powered it up for me and jointed a piece of 2 x 4, but it desperately needs sharpening.
Two issues are that the outfeed table is loose, and that the pulley has been wedged onto the shaft. So I have a couple things to fix up on it, and I'll probably also replace the bearings. I don't think it'll need much in the way of restoring, there is hardly any rust and the paint is pretty good other than right at the bottom.
It has quite a long table, 24", compared to my other 4" jointers. Seems to be a reasonably sturdy little unit, quite unlike the similarly named "MasterCraft" line of dreck from Canadian Tire.
