I bought this saw from a OWWM.org correspondent in May, 2009 to trade to a third party for an antique planer--the owner of the planer had specified that he wished this model saw. I owned the nice saw for only four days.

The saw was without--perhaps from the factory--a base, and has an intersting side motor mount. The dating of this saw--approx 1938 to 1948--was supplied by the seller to me--he seemed quite knowledgeable about this.
