A friend from work brought this in for me "to play with". Has an old chicken coop he uses as a shed, and had a couple saws piled up in the back. Someone was throwing it out and ended up giving it away. I think some time ago. Actually, I've done my part and recruited a 'lurker'! Aside from the external rust, there was some innards rusted up too. After a bit things seems to get free and move. No motor or mitre gauge or motor mount. Found a bracket, which is due. Don't think the stand's original to the time of the saw (nor is the decal I added), but I like anyway. Added aluminum angle to reinforce the legs. A bit more work on the table top and should be ready when the motor bracket arrives.

Side Shot. I assume the (bent) brackets are to rest the fence?
