Got this thrown in to a deal on an Atlas DP for an additional 10$ Description/Mdl and age is based on photo index submission by BHoward. My first thoughts when I saw it was that it was incomplete, but I guess its all there. Some brazing was done on the center blade cover (very poor job) and the color is rattle-can candy apple blue. The upper blade guide is cracked where it attaches to the height rod and is secured with a pipe strap.
