Acquired from Morris Rezman Company in Chicago via eBay.
Slav Jelesevich was kind enough to pick the grinder up for me, and hold on to it for a few days until I could come in for the next CATS (Chicago Artisans and Trades Society) meeting. A big thank-you to Slav!
One of the dirtiest machines that I've ever encountered--though, unfortunately, the "Before" photos have disappeared into the ether--the grinder was totally disassembled, the major pieces given an electrolysis bath, and primed and painted with Sherwin Williams industrial enamel, tinted according to the recipe derived from Rick Chamberlain.
When purchased, the grinder was missing the light, water pot(s), and miter gauge.
Keith Bohn kindly sent me a link to a New Old Stock and New in Box (NOS and NIB) miter gauge on eBay, which had gone un-noticed by the masses. Thanks, Keith!
The lamp was purchased from a local company, Danray ( http://www.danrayproducts.com ), which manufactures a light very similar (I think superior) to the Bob Vaughn-approved Moffatt lamps. The owner of the company even delivered the two lamps to my house--now that's service! We're still missing the original lamp and water pot.
