Comments:

San Francisco Machine shop closing to be turned into a gymnasium.
The missing belt guard might be found later as seller evacuates his building
Seems to have a custom slow speed drive as well as a power down feed.
The 1HP 1PH 1750RPM 120v motor is frozen.
Determined it is rust between stator and magnet winding
(right where moisture would drip through the motor)
