Previous owner had picked this up from a mill and never had a chance to work on it (still on pallets). Arbor has been converetd to ball bearing with 5 section sheave and the bottom casting has been torched off. Crude pivoting motor mount will be gone when resto starts. No cracks or welds found during initial inspection. Top included the original miter but no insert or fence.
