Purchased at a machine auction Feb 2009 (the auction was mostly large machine shop tooling). The jointer was disassembled: base, table, motor/cutter, and fence, making it easier to move. After bolting together, with no particular attempt at alignment, it works pretty well. Louis-Allis motor #207315, type CT, 1/2 HP, 3 phase, 4.9 amps; tag is tarnished and did not photograph well. Now to tune it up.
