This machine was aquired in Rhode Island over the thanksgiving weekend in 2008 from a deceased wood worker and "international businessman". It was lightly used and in storage for an extanded period. The caster set came with the machine. It's only issue is the radial arm angle indexing plunger pin is likely bent - it won't plunge without considerable pressure. However, I don't think it will be a large fix. Basically, I rewired it, cleaned/polished it up, tuned it and put on a new blade and table. It is a very nice "little user". I've found quite a few times that although I wasn't sure what I'd do with a radial, I do like it for crude crosscuts of the long boards. Crude because keeping it tuned & on square is a futile excercise.
