I acquired this machine from the church where my wife and I got married. There was a theater company that used the parish hall and this was taking up space in the basement. No one had ever seen it in operation, not even the maintenance guy who had been around for twenty years, and in their desire to clean up they were just going to leave it out on the street. I gladly took it home whereupon I installed a new power cord, on/off switch and v-belt. It made a godawful racket when I first powered it on. Initially I thought the arbor bearings were bad but after some experimentation I discovered that the bore of the arbor pulley was out of round and so the pulley was vibrating on the arbor shaft. Once I replaced the pulley it ran quietly and smoothly. It has been the workhorse of my little shop ever since. The 1/2 HP 3450 110/220 motor, two extension wings, rip fence, miter fence (not shown) and stand are original. I gave it a Rustoleum paint job.
