My second piece of OWWM, and the one that got me to discover this forum. The seller thought the motor would need to be looked at. A few parts were missing, but otherwise this seemed like a solid tool. After taking the motor to a motor shop it turned out that the only thing wrong with it was that it was wired for 220V but had a 110V plug! My luck. Thanks to OWWMer Mike Bradley I managed to source a few of the missing parts for this one. I have not reassembled it after hauling it home (and unloading it off the back of a pickup by myself!) But I did pick up a hefty rip blade for it from a local company that makes such things, bushed down to 3/4".
Update 03.04.2012
The saw has acquired a full set of OEM outfeed tables, a custom mobile base, a Biesemeyer fence, a motor extension plate to allow almost full range of tilt and blade de-elevation without interference with the extension tables, a different motor, belts, and pulleys, as well as many originally missing bits from the parts saw I acquired along the way from other members of the OWWM community. The saw and motor also got new bearings. The saw cuts very well. It is a huge step up from all the little half horsepower 8" and 9" bench saws I've gotten used to. But the blade makes so much wind that dust collection is badly needed.
