I bought this saw for $50 almost 20 years ago.I used it to build my house and on several jobs. The dealers decal said "Eichman Machinery, Kanas City ,MO". I live in CT and don't know how it got East. The blade guard is not original and I made the turret lock bar, that knob and the head tilt knob out of maple and painted them both gloss black. The column lock lever is missing also. It has a two piece tilt lock that I haven't seen in pictures of other saws. The saw says "Delta Power Tool Division, Rockwell Mfg.Co, Millwaulkee 1, Wisconsin" The 1.5hp 115/230v motor was made by Robbins and Meyers Inc. No real restoration, just a clean-up and a coat of smoke grey Rustoleum. Sold to a hobbyist woodworker, I re-wired it to 115v at his request, hence the switch, (I never had the original). The saw runs well, but over the years the motor shaft has worn, causing some run-out. Usable, but not good for really fine cuts. Sold for what I paid for it,replaced by a Multiplex 40B, which I plan to fully restore.
