I bought this with 12 sets of knives from a cabinetmaker in Maiden NC. He had it mounted in a very large, very heavy plywood cabinet. It basiclly filled the back of my Honda Ridgeline. This was removed and burned post haste. About two weeks ago I pulled out of my driveway and right across the street was an industrial sewing machine on a well made steel stand. Well, out with the sewing machine add a little paint and I had a great stand that is also height adjustable. I programed and cut a solid surface top and hardwood base plate. I used some parts from a couple of euro hinge machines to make the adjustable fence guides. I have also imbedded some threaded inserts so I can mount a plate to protect the metal base when I'm using knives that cut down deep. The holes in the front will hold containers to hold the transmission oil and bed lubricant. This is a work in progress and I will post pictures of it when complete.
