This machine was purchased a few years back at my local hardwood dealer's yearly auction. I've threatened to move it into my lower shop several times, but it always ends up being too handy to let slip away. I consumes 7-feet or floorspace from right to left and the arms stick out from the wall 5-feet. There is a nice space below for a rolling tool cabinet to hide and this sander also has a top platen that lets a guy/gal easily sand on the top of the machine.
