I have been given this machine by an old friend.He acquired it from a skip!!! Not an original motor fitted, nor is the spindle guard.All of the usual signs of neglect/abuse - holes drilled through the table etc. Original switch missing, so is the rating plate from the base, so my guess at a Mod 74 is just that.
You will see that the motor base is different from the Mod 74 catalogue.This is wider and is where the starter/overload is fitted.I do not know if this was for the UK market.It is now stripped down, cleaned and partially painted. More photographs when it is back together.I have plans to fit a three phase motor, and use the inverter visible on the bench, to give a wider range of speeds.
