Acquired this from my late father approx 30 years ago. Do not know where he purchased this. The motor is original, but rated at 220 volts and 2850 rpm, wioth a 4" drive pulley to a 2" shaft pulley. When I checked the Craftsman original booklet, this rated the spindle speed at 8270 rpm, yet on my present set-up it only gives out 5700 rpm. Should I change the motor pulley to a 6" one giving me 8550 rpm ?
