This is not my band saw. It is owned by Gary C. of Lockport, NY, a Great Lakes Boat Captain. Gary has had this saw in his backyard for awhile, bought it at an auction and is/was trying to find the time to build it back to being a dedicated resaw machine. It is 6 1/2' tall. The lower wheel arbor has been retuned on a lathe, or turned new, I've forgotten now. It does have a left handed thread. I don't know much more about it, it was suggested over on the .org "Shop" forum that it might be a Frank made machine, altho' Prybil (Pryibil, sp?) got more votes, I'm not sure either way.
