I originally purchased this one thinking I could use it for parts ona 790 restoration however there weren't many if any parts that are interchangeable. It seems to be a decent saw in its own right but could use a clean-up to function at its best. This is one of the later Dewalts where the arm has had much of the CA removed from the top (replaced by a plastic "cap") but I haven't detected any more deflection than from any of my earlier models. The elevation crank is on the back of the arm and the buttons on the fron are square - otherwise it functions much like the classic earlier models. This one came with an Original Dewalt stand and a box of accessories, including sanding disc, plywood blade and dado set. The motor is "2 HP" whatever that means.
