I found this through a local Craigslist ad. It will sharpen circular saw blades up to 48" diameter, it has a saw set, and it will sharpen planer knives as well. I'm still scrounging around for other jigs for it. I'm not sure when it was manufactered but I would say its been around for at least a few decades. I have the manual and uploaded a copy of it to the publications part of this site.
