This sander came out of Wisconsin Pattern Works in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Originally it has a 3 phase Motor which I later converted to single phase. It has various size mandrels that take a variety of sanding sleeves. I use it regularly and it works great. Machine was manufactured by The Porter-Cable Mach Co., Syracuse, N.Y. Manufacturing date unknown
