Purchased through local CS and restored - basically clean, paint, bearings, belt, rewire. The saw itself is heavy! Welded the stand out of 2X2X 1/4" angle, this thing is now heavier than many cabinet saws. I am very impressed by the build quality, and mass of castings. Big trunnions, solid tilt/elevation mechanism, the base is a single aluminum casting. Saws became quickly cheaper soon after Rockwell acquisition, what a shame. These saws are very common in Southern Ontario and typically sell for less than $100 - a real steal. Having examined many Rockwell/Beaver models, I feel this is the best model (by far) to purchase.
I have extension tables from a later model (5200- scrapped) which I will add to improve the saw's utility.
