This was mounted on my bandsaw motor. It seems to be original to the machine. I couldn't find any documentation on how to work it, so I'll add that here. There are 2 screws on the pulley. If those screws are loosened, the pulley will slide sideways approx. 1/4". This engages the 10:1 or disengages it depending on the direction it is moved. The screws must be tightened before operation.
