This jointer was restored by AMERICAN MACHINE of Shelby NC for a gentleman in Georgia. It was originally owned by the USAF. The customer acquired it from a dealer in Nebraska and had it shipped to North Carolina for restoration. It is complete including the unique Walker Turner spring action 2 way hold down guard which can hold stock against the fence or down on the beds. The motor is a Walker Turner Driver line motor and it delivers power to the cutter head by 3 V belts.
Note - this entry was updated to edit some machine specs. The original entry date was 8/21/2008. DG
