My wifes grand-father bought this one new. When he passed away, her Uncle got it, and when he passed away, my father in-law got it. When my in-laws down sized I was able to take it home with me. I saw this table saw one time in the Uncle's house and it was covered with a sheet: it hadn't been used in at least 10 years. For the next 20 years I know it wasn't used because it was stored in my father in-law's garage stored behind and under so much stuff that it took me 4 hours to uncover it to bring it home.
I made a rip fence for it, I have added a few extra feet to the table with some wooden wings, and I put it on a rolling base so it is mobile in my garage. The only restoration required was the removal of some minor surface rust on the table top. This saw has a 1 hp motor that will rip 4" thick oak and never even slow down. This saw is a workhorse.
