I saw this on Craig's list with a homecraft jig saw for 65 dollars. I needed another radial arm saw like a hole in the head, but I couldn't say no to the lil' feller. After a rebuild (and three days of reassembly and squaring up)and a new blade, I'm sold on this machine. What this saw lacks in capacity it more than makes up for in sheer precision. Everything on this saw is adjustable; they must have stopped production due to the expense. One useful feature is the provision to remove the entire power head from the saw by two screws so you could leave the base at the jobsite. The electrical disconnect makes a hand safety margin while changing blades. All that remains is to fabricate the blade guards. You would be hard pressed to wear one of these saws out. This was money well spent.
