I pick up the jointer on cold and snowy day in South Surrey a suburb of Vancouver B.C. The gentleman said he got it some 10 to 15 years back. From Richmond area boat manufacture. The square cutter head was replace with round cutter in the late 50's. The jointer came with 7 1/2hp 3ph motor made in Vancouver , I will replace with 5hp baldor motor. The legs is backward that I have to fix, I need to resurface the top, fix the fence, make new cutter guard and new paint. The babbit bearing is still in good condition.
