I bought this machine in the early 1980's in Bloomington, Indiana. I don't know the history of the machine before that. I used it off and on as it was until October, 2007, when I restored it: New paint, added a mag starter and the belt guard and replaced the missing throwout handle. This was my first OWWM restoration and the one that started me down the slope.
