I got this in an estate sale with some other tools - couple of broken pieces but it comes on an original Maple butcher-block table with WT legs. It also came with original wrenches and miter gauges. It's missing the slide-out sled and blocks but does have a WT branded dust collector (hangs under the table and looks like an old vacuum cleaner). Basically this unit allows for the belt to rotate vertically or to swing out extending beyond the table, where it can be used as a Stroke Sander.
