Purchased 2/08 in PA. Speed adjusted by moving horizontal rubber wheel up and down. When moved past the center of the vertical drive disc rotation of drill is reversed. Frame casting is stamped WF&J Barnes Co Rockford Ill USA. Drill mechanism has name plate with "Manning Maxwell & Moore New York. Seems to be missing the clutch mechanism or belt tightener at the base where the electric motor would be mounted.
