Not much of a back story here. I bought this sander from a man that was selling off his father-in-law's machines. He had already sold a Unisaw and a jointer, but still had the sander when I got there. In addition to a pristine table, I also got the optional fence.

Total cost $110

This one runs very well, so I only plan to clean it up and put it to work. My restoration queue is way to long to be thinking of tearing this one apart any time soon.
