I visited my favourite second hand outlet in Pietermaritzburg today. I came across this interesting item there. It is Walker Turner Driver Line 4 speed Scroll Saw. It looked complete but I could find no serial number on the machine itself unless it was hidden underneath or somwhere obscure. The motor was also a Driver Line and I took a picture of the motor badge. The Driver Line motor badge is a bit feint but discernable, the other details can be read. The removeable cover of the main body clearly shows the Driver Line make. On top stands: Walker Turner Co. Inc. Below : Plainsfield NJ. Underneath not too clear is stated : USE OIL SAE 50. The oil filler screw is directly below. Age of machine is unknown. Walker Turner and Driver Line products are not common finds here in South Africa.
