This is yet another military surplus machine. This grinder is a 10", 1HP, 3PH, 1725RPM machine without a base. It's also missing the eye guards and one tool rest. I plan to make this one into a buffer so the missing parts are not a concern.

12/09 update - I finished converting this grinder to a buffer. The long shafts make it a good buffer candidate. The motor bearings were replaced and everything painted with hammered blue Rustoleum. The base cabinet is made from MDF and painted to match the motor. It's currently on wheels for manuverability but will eventually be permantly set in place.
