Found Machine on St. Louis "Craig's List". Machine required all new bearings; all were available except for the special New Departure Hyatt Z993LL08B that fits in the variable control housing. That required the bearing housing to be machined over size from 62mm to 68mm, to accept a standard 6008 bearing, plenty of material there to do this. Dewalt/ Delta wanted to sell a complete pulley assembly. This bearing is not individually serviceable per the parts schematic. The Drill Press cleaned up nicely and was repainted with Rustoleum Hammered Grey and Black paint. All other surfaces that had rust were polished. It came with a three phase motor and I installed a new single phase, 220v, 1hp motor. Installed a new Jacobs 34-33C chuck from Sears. Added a Delta 15-850 Production Table and a 15-008 Raising Mechanism. Modified drill press head and installed a light in the opening behind the quill and in front of the column.
