Purchased last week at a local tool auction. In decent shape, runs and sounds like a champ. In need of a thorough cleaning, new cord, paint (there's a few layers there including yellow - what is it with yellow grinders?), and bearings will get replaced. Lights work. Side guards are not original, but whoever fashioned them took the time to make them look good and fit well. This is one solid piece of machinery.

The serial number tag is an older 1/2"x3" pre-Rockwell tag, but the serial number places this from 1947 - guess they were using up the old tags.
