I purchased this drill press on craigslist. It has some rust on non-coated parts, but all parts are working good. I purchased it from an individual who used it rarely and stored it in an open barn. I have no idea where its original home was located. I was able to contact Buffalo and they are going to send me some information soon. I am in the middle of restoring it to its former luster. The motor is working and appears to be original and I am having it inspected by a motor repair shop. It sports a No. 14 Jacobs super chuck. One drill handle is missing, but its standard threading, so creating a new on will be simple.
